Sonia Campbell is a partner in the global Insurance Practice Group, based in Covingtons London office. She specialises in acting for policyholders in insurance coverage disputes arising under a variety of policies, including claims concerning D&O, W&I, property damage and business interruption (PDBI), credit risk, bankers' blanket bond, trade credit, cyber, employment practices, fidelity/crime, fiduciary/PTL and professional indemnity policies. She also advises on related global risk management and renewal issues.
Sonia is experienced in LCIA, ICC, and ad hoc arbitrations. In the insurance sector, Sonia has for many years acted only for policyholders against insurers, with a focus on representing life science/pharmaceutical policyholders in Bermuda Form insurance disputes.
