Simon Pimlott is a senior solicitor in the personal injury and clinical negligence team, representing claimants who have suffered serious and life-changing injuries.

Simon has a particular interest in representing clients who have suffered spinal injury, long-term head injury, chronic pain conditions and severe psychological conditions. He regularly deals with complex liability disputes arising from road traffic accident, incidents in the workplace and claims against organisations where a public liability exists.

He is an experienced litigator and advocate, and has run many cases successfully to trial.

Simon also has experience in representing victims of clinical negligence, clients who have suffered injuries abroad, and acting on behalf of insurers in high-value insurance litigation.
