Sharon is Head of Securitisation at Devonshires. Her work involves advising clients on the property aspects of giving security. Sharon and her team act for over 100 Registered Providers in connection with the property aspects of giving security. Sharon’s experience includes the charging of residential street properties and developments under loan facilities, bonds and private placements of amounts varying from ?1 million to ?500 million.

In addition, Sharon continues to provide ‘Stress-Free Securitisation’ training to a large number of Registered Providers throughout the country.
