Scott is a leading international construction disputes lawyer and focuses his practice on complex, multi-jurisdictional construction, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects. In the energy sector, Scott has a particular focus on renewable energy project disputes and has played a central role in developing V&Es growing Energy from Waste practice. Scott is also an authority on disputes under the FIDIC form of contracts, and particularly with large scale DAB/DAAB proceedings.
