Career

Sarah has specialised in lawyers’ professional liability for over 30 years. She has advised on a wide range of professional liability claims against lawyers, including claims involving corporate finance, tax, pensions, commercial and residential property, failed litigation and commercial contract. She also advises clients on regulatory issues, risk management and policy coverage, and frequently writes and speaks on professional liability issues. Sarah has a wealth of experience in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Sarah is one of Chambers 2021 Star Individuals and is described as the “the absolute superstar of professional negligence work". Legal 500 has also described Sarah as the "the doyenne of professional negligence."
