Sarah is an Associate Partner in the Dispute Resolution team.

Sarah specialises in intellectual property and brand disputes including copyright, design right, trade mark and passing off disputes, as well as advising on claims of misuse of confidential information. She advises on reputation management and defamatory publications across a range of mediums, from social media posts to articles published in national newspapers. Sarah regularly advises on contract disputes, including in relation to breaches of restrictive covenants and disputes arising in an IT, franchise and recruitment context.
