Ross works closely with rightsholders, distributors and platforms to help them create and deliver entertainment to consumers. He draws on his knowledge of the range of commercial models and exposure to deals at each stage of the value chain to help shape the business terms of the deal as well as address the legal issues. He complements this commercial expertise with a detailed understanding of the regulatory landscape in both the audio-visual and sports sectors.

On the technology side, Ross helps deliver solutions to businesses to facilitate and enhance consumer experiences in the digital entertainment and leisure industries.

His sector focus and work on both the customer and supply side means that Ross knows the important and contentious points on transactions, enabling him to close them quickly and effectively.
