Richard is one of the leading human capital specialists in the South East with a wealth of experience advising multinational corporations at board level. He has a particular expertise in providing strategic advice concerning business immigration, employee engagement and talent management, business transfers, mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing arrangements, inward investments, governance, compliance and board reviews, international employee transfers, whistleblowing and discrimination and high-level litigation involving the enforcement of restrictive covenants and risk management. Richard also has a strong knowledge of the defence & security, technology and pharmaceutical sectors.

Richard is responsible for IBB’s international service provision through the Eurojuris group.
