Career

Rebecca Swindells has extensive experience in a wide range of intellectual property issues, including copyright, trademarks, trade secrets and database rights. She regularly represents clients in multijurisdictional IP litigation and is equally experienced in ADR, including mediations and expert determinations. She advises on complex trade secret cases, licensing disputes, copyright and trademark infringement, trade mark prosecution, and protection and infringement of rights in software and databases. Rebecca is also a regular speaker and writer on IP law. She is Co-Chair of the Trade Secrets Enforcement Committee at INTA, serves on Jones Day’s Trade Secrets Task Force, and is a member of IPLA, INTA and BLACA.
