Nicholas is an experienced family barrister. He was in independent practice at Queen Elizabeth Building for 8 years and draws on his experience at the Bar to provide clients with a unique perspective. He has been a partner since April 2013.
Nicholas specialises in dealing with the financial consequences of relationship breakdown. He is particularly experienced in dealing with cases involving substantial assets/income, trusts or complex asset-holding structures. Nicholas work often involves cases with an international element. Nicholas also has significant experience of drafting nuptial agreements.
Nicholas has represented a wide variety of clients, including many UHNW individuals and those in the public-eye. Nicholas strikes the balance between defending his clients interests robustly whilst being mindful of the significant financial (and emotional) costs of litigation.
