Matt is co-head of the European corporate group and sits on Kirkland's 20 strong Executive Committee which is responsible for the strategic direction of the Firm. Matt focuses on private equity and real estate transactions, advising a full range of stakeholders across public and private corporate transactions, M&A, joint ventures and securities offerings. Matt regularly acts for Ares, Brookfield, GIC, Oaktree and TPG.
