Victoria is a senior associate in the employment team in Oxford. She advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.

With particular expertise in acting for clients in the education, transport, technology and hospitality sectors, Victoria understands the regulatory constraints and reputational concerns which apply to them. She is experienced in defending complex discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal on behalf of employers and has frequently appeared as an advocate for preliminary matters.

She regularly presents at training sessions on a variety of topics including handling workplace investigations, responding to employment tribunal claims and managing bullying and harassment.
