Tom works on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions, including standalone bonds, EMTN programmes and liability management. He has acted for both lead managers and issuers in relation to bonds issued by financial institutions, corporates and sovereigns. Tom's practice has a particular emphasis on the raising of regulatory capital.
