Thomas is a solicitor and a mediator in Goodman Ray’s Divorce and Matrimonial Finance Department in London and Brighton, and a member of Resolution. He specialises in financial and children issues arising from the breakdown of a relationship between married couples, civil partners and unmarried couples. He is passionate about assisting clients in reaching amicable settlements and is experienced with a range of dispute resolution options.

Thomas is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Complex Financial and Property Matters for high income households or where there are substantial assets, as well as for children disputes.

Thomas is accredited to mediate on children and financial matters. He is also a trained child-inclusive mediator. Thomas is also a trained collaborative lawyer, a process which involves all parties and their representatives working face to face to resolve matters without going to Court.

Thomas advises a variety of individuals on financial matters. He regularly works on cases where there are issues surrounding property portfolios, business interests, asset protection, inheritance, trusts or overseas assets. Many of his cases have an international element and he speaks Spanish.

Thomas regularly deals with children disputes between parents or other family members, including when one parent may wish to relocate.
