Career

Stephen is an employment and discrimination specialist litigator. Since 2016, when he qualified as a Solicitor Advocate, he has presented and defended employment appeals in the Court of Session in landmark cases, which have subsequently been published in influential law reports and helped shape the law in contentious areas. Stephen has a particular speciality in equal pay and whistle-blowing claims and is widely regarded by clients, peers and colleagues as the stand-out employment law litigator in Scotland.
