Simon is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team at TWM Solicitors.
He is a commercial litigator with considerable experience of resolving business and commercial disputes gained in nearly 20 years as a partner in a large London law firm.
Simon is experienced at dealing with High Court Litigation, arbitration and ADR particularly in the following areas:

Matters involving allegations of Fraud
In particular, Simon has been recognised for many years in the field of professional negligence in the legal directories and has acted for both claimants and defendants (including for one of the big four firms of accountants) in a variety of claims including claims for and against financial services firms. Simon has also acted for clients subject to regulatory investigations and has represented clients at interview under caution before various regulatory bodies including the FCA and the HSE.
He has acted for individuals and businesses in a wide variety of sectors (including property, motor racing, casinos, hotels, care homes, retail businesses, construction and engineering companies). Often these disputes have involved an international element. Recent experience also includes acting for clients in matters involving the investigation of fraud and recovery of assets.
