Sarah is a partner in the real estate division in Cambridge. She is experienced in all areas of real estate practice, with particular expertise in the acquisition and set-up of commercial and residential development sites, development finance, pension fund sales and purchases, and secured lending and refinance work.

She acts for a full range of clients. Her recent track record includes representing a number of public sector bodies and both local and national residential developers on large mixed-use regeneration and development projects. She also advises on site assembly, overage agreements, development agreements and the sale of affordable housing plots to registered providers.
