Sara is Head of Planning.

Sara has over 20 years’ commercial experience and advises on all aspects of planning and specialises in major re-development and urban regeneration projects.

Sara has worked on a number of key regeneration schemes within London including the current re-development of Earl’s Court. Sara has advised on various similar sized projects across the South East and Wales including Thanet new town centre.

Sara has extensive experience within the retail, hospitality and leisure sector and has worked on a variety of projects across the UK, including advising supermarkets, hotel operators, and a leading health and fitness club.

Sara has specialist infrastructure, energy and utility experience which encompasses acting for the Government, local authorities, airports, energy companies and water authorities.
