Sacha Gofton-Salmond is a Partner in Simpson Thacher’s private funds practice based in London. She advises clients on the structuring and negotiation of complex secondary market solutions, including GP-led and LP-led secondary transactions, preferred equity financings and other structured secondary transactions in relation to both concentrated assets and diversified portfolios. In addition, she advises asset managers and their investors on co-investment transactions and also provides counsel on fund-level and manager restructurings.
