Roddy specialises in construction law focusing primarily on non-contentious advice. He provides advice on procurement options, the drafting and negotiation of building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and framework agreements as well as issues such as the CDM Regulations and BIM. Roddy has particular experience in relation to the MF/1 standard form contract and the NEC3/4 suite of standard form contracts and has a particular interest in advising clients involved in the Scottish drinks industry. He has been Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Construction Law since 2014.
