Career

Bob is recognised as one of the world's leading hospitality lawyers, having more than 15 years' experience representing owners, operators, and lenders in transactions related to the hotel industry. He has been involved in many of the most significant luxury hotel transactions in recent times, and has closed transactions in more than 80 countries. He has particularly strong experience in the Middle East and Africa.

Bob has unrivalled experience with branded residential and mixed-use projects with hotel branding, and has assisted several major hotel groups with developing their branded residential products and form agreements. He has experience with nearly every hotel brand and many portfolio owners, and regularly assists clients in both operator selection tenders and has served as an expert arbitrator in operator-owner dispute resolution.
