Peter O'Brien specialises in construction dispute resolution, representing clients in all types of dispute forums both in the UK and overseas. He represents employers, contractors and sub-contractors alike across a wide range of sectors, including power generation and nuclear, energy-from-waste through to road, rail and infrastructure as well as more traditional building projects.

Peter is dual-qualified and prior to becoming a solicitor worked as a quantity surveyor, having spent some eight years working on projects in Asia. His industry experience makes him uniquely placed to provide clients with "no-nonsense" commercially-focussed advice thereby helping clients achieve their goals in a timely and cost-effective manner.
