Pete specialises in video games, esports and digital broadcast.

He works with a number of the world’s leading figures in the interactive entertainment industry ranging from game developers, publishers and distributors to top-tier international esports companies, multi-channel YouTube networks and influencers. While complex contractual matters are Pete's specialty (particularly development and publishing deals), he regularly advises clients on a variety of intellectual property, licensing, regulatory, gambling and general commercial matters.

Pete's work highlights to-date include advising on numerous multi-million dollar game licensing/publishing deals (developer side) and the roll-out of several recent AR/location-based games, advising on Europe’s first and largest esports franchising model, assisting a client with its international rebranding and trade mark execution strategy and helping multiple clients expand into China and navigate the increasingly complex local regulatory landscape.
