Peter is co-head of Freshfields' international capital markets group and, together with Duncan Kellaway, leads the firm’s debt capital markets practice in London. He advises on a wide range of capital markets products and asset classes across many geographies, with specialisms in UK corporate issuance and emerging markets transactions. He has worked in London, New York, Prague and Moscow, advising on a series of ground-breaking deals.
