Paul is a Senior Associate in the Serious Injury department dealing with complex and high value personal injury claims.

During his 30 year career Paul has represented, individuals, membership organizations and Insurance companies in all aspects of both Claimant and defendant related Personal Injury claims. Paul has extensive knowledge and experience of pursuing compensation claims in the areas of Road traffic, Employers, Public, Product and Occupiers Liability related actions covering all levels of value and complexity in both the Civil Courts and before various Statutory Tribunals. Paul has dealt with many high value claims over the years and has taken case to the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords (now the Supreme Court).

Paul has written and lectured on variety of Personal Injury related topics and held representative roles both within APIL and FOIL. Paul trained with Rowley Ashworth solicitors and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1984 remaining with Rowley’s for two years undertaking general litigation before moving to Russell Jones and Walker (now Slater Gordon) to specialize in the field of Personal Injury Litigation. He was appointed a Partner with Russell Jones & Walker 1990. In 2002 Paul moved to Cogent (now Plexus) solicitors whereas a lead solicitor and Partner he, on behalf of a major general insurer, dealt with high value and complex claims. Paul Joined Access Legal in November 2009 and now concentrates of claims involving complex liability and high value personal injury claims, involving severe orthopaedic, neurological, head and spinal cord injuries
