Pat Wilson is a criminal defence expert in white-collar and business crime; general criminal defence, including serious drugs offences, rape, murder and kidnap; and proceeds of crime offences.

Pat has significant experience defending clients in serious and complex criminal cases facing charges brought by the CPS, HMRC, the SFO, the FCA, the Pensions Regulator and Trading Standards. She has particular expertise in complex POCA and asset confiscation matters, from restraint orders through to confiscation and enforcement.
