Having previously worked at major London law firms and a leading remuneration consultancy, he has extensive experience of every aspect of the design, implementation and operation of remuneration structures and employee incentive plans, including: long-term incentive plans, executive share plans, all-employee plans and value creation arrangements, as well as performance-related pay such as bonus plans.
