Melanie is a Director in our Housing team.

Melanie has acted for Registered Provider clients for more than 19 years and is experienced in all issues relating to anti-social behaviour, claims for possession and general housing management.

Melanie also has a strong interest in leasehold management and has acted for RP clients in the Property Tribunal on dispensation applications around consultation and service charge challenges.

Melanie has a strong practice in the North West and was previously tasked with setting up a brand new housing management team and leading a highly successful team at Croftons Solicitors prior its sale to a PLC.
