Leads firm's Private Prosecutions & Investigations team advising clients on some of the most complex criminal prosecutions in this field.

Defends HMRC prosecutions for cheating the Revenue. Instructed to represent individuals in relation to LIBOR interest rate fixing cases before multi-jurisdictional regulators.

Appointed by Lidl UK as the independent contact for their compliance procedure involving whistle-blowers. Advises sporting organisations, clubs and individuals in disciplinary matters - from Premier League professional football clubs to amateur individuals.

Conducts defences for professional and amateur sports individuals charged under the WADA code. Has specialist knowledge of contentious Intellectual Property Rights: is retained by FACT and Sky UK PLC in the protection of intellectual property rights in matters ranging from Magistrates’ Courts to ECJ, civil and criminal.

Regularly advises on Reputation Management issues. Many of these cases involve international jurisdiction work. Higher Rights of Audience in all courts/proceedings.
