Mark is a Partner within the firm's Family department. He handles all aspects of private family law with a particular emphasis on complex financial and children cases, and those with an international dimension.

Mark has considerable experience advising clients in relation to financial claims upon the breakdown of marriage and other relationships.

Mark has advised clients from a broad cross section of backgrounds and industries and has particular expertise in advising clients with substantial assets, offshore and corporate asset-holding structures, and where specialist valuation issues arise. He has extensive experience advising clients in the public eye and those with reputation management concerns, due to his experience in dealing with matrimonial litigation cases of a contentious nature relating to the valuation of music, literary or other intellectual property rights, and the valuation of technology and other business interests.

Mark’s particular skill is in providing clients with smart strategies and solutions, simplifying complex legal issues and communicating in a down to earth and collegiate manner.

In addition to Mark’s client work, he holds a number of management positions within the firm.
