Lynne is a Partner in the talented Family Law team at Balfour+Manson. She has practiced exclusively in Family Law for over 20 years and brings that wealth of experience to every case. Lynne advises clients on a wide variety of Family Law issues including divorce, separation, cohabitation, dissolution of civil partnership, pre-nuptial/post-nuptial agreements, child residence and contact, relocation, adoption, guardianship and children’s hearings. Her caseload regularly includes complex cases on financial provision at both Sheriff court and Court of Session level and a range of actions in the Sheriff Court concerning both children and financial matters. She is an experienced and committed Collaborative Practitioner and National Committee member for Consensus. Lynne’s clients value her pragmatic, straightforward advice and caring approach. She is passionate about achieving child centred and positive outcomes in contact/residence actions and fair financial settlements for her clients.
