Lucy joined Levison Meltzer Pigott LLP in December 2022, having qualified as a Solicitor in 2016.

She specialises in high-net-worth cases often representing individuals in business and the media and entertainment industries. Her cases frequently have an international element.

Lucy advises on the full range of family matters including financial disputes, divorce and civil partnership dissolution, cohabitation disputes and Schedule 1 applications, as well as enforcement in these cases as appropriate.

She also advises on and drafts pre and post nuptial agreements and has advised on nuptial agreements being entered in to in other jurisdictions. Her cases often span multi jurisdictions and the clients frequently have intricate financial arrangements including complex trust structures (often offshore).

Lucy has worked on ‘jurisdiction race’ cases and has experience of instructing Single Joint Experts to advise, including forensic accountants and actuaries. She has experience of enforcing financial orders including applications for passport orders and judgment summons. the full range of family matters including financial proceedings, divorce, pre and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes and non-molestation and occupation orders.

She also has significant experience in children matters including contact, shared care arrangements, prohibited steps orders, specific issue orders, removal from the jurisdiction and cases involving relocation and abduction. She was accredited by the Law Society in 2019 in respect of Children Law and has acted on behalf of parents in many reported cases

Lucy prides herself on her ability to build personal relationships with her clients, helping them reach agreement wherever possible. Lucy also has significant experience of litigation and is able to provide robust representation when necessary.

Lucy is a mentor for law students as part of the Kent Law School Professional Mentor Scheme

Lucy won Young Family Solicitor of the Year at the Family Law Awards in 2017.
