Kishoree is Partner and co-lead of the Criminal Department. A specialist criminal defence practitioner, her strength lies in dealing with complex cases due to their factual or legal matrix. She has a wealth of experience dealing with clients accused inter alia of murder, fraud, money laundering and dealing with the aftermath in confiscation proceedings running into millions of pounds.

Her cases have been reported in the press and made case law. These include

• instruction of intermediaries for vulnerable defendants

• representing gang members in multiple murders, often with several clients involved in the same proceedings

• assisted suicide

She has carved out a niche representing those in the medical field, including 3 clients involved in a MHRA prosecution over a fraudulent licence to manufacture pharmaceuticals.

She is highly regarded for her attention to detail, tactical approach, and effective support of clients as well as her exceptional knowledge and expertise. Her case management and ability to deal with no less than 6 King’s Counsels at the same time is unrivalled.

In addition to her legal practice, she is a proficient speaker having lectured at Kings College, the Law Society and BFI.
