Kerris Dale is a Partner at Clyde & Co who acts as the Head of the Cardiff region and Head of the Motor Practice Group. She also is a member of the Automated Driving Insurance Group, which is a specialist sub group within the ABI. This group has supported the ABI in providing information and challenges to the Government on the Automated and Electric Vehicles Act, which was passed in July 2018.
Kerris was part of the team that supported the MOVE-UK consortium in terms of providing a response to the Law Commission Consultation on automated vehicles lodged in early 2019.
Kerris Dale also co-ordinated the BLM response to the Call for Evidence in respect of the safe use of Automated Lane Keeping System (ALKS)and responses to the Law Commissions Consultation Papers on Automated Vehicles. Kerris Dale was also the Principal Editor for Binghams & Berrymans Supplement (15th Edition) published in October 2020.
