Katie Taft is a Partner in the Family team at Ellis Jones dealing with all aspects of family breakdown including divorce, finances, Schedule 1 claims, domestic violence injunctions and issues in relation to children. Katie has a particular specialism in complex children cases and regularly advises on cases involving the international abduction and relocation of children with a number of reported cases in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Katie is dual qualified as both a Solicitor and Mediator and is accredited by Resolution. She is recognised as a specialist in her field and has a reputation for being proactive, pragmatic and attuned to the individual needs of each client.
