Katie acts for a variety of clients, from PLCs to private individuals, in areas such as commercial contract disputes, shareholder and warranty claims, nuisance and environmental claims, and defamation proceedings.

Katie is a member of the firm's product liability team, specialising in complex, high value and multi party litigation. She has experience of defending strategic mass claims in the technology, science & industry, and energy sectors. Katie has a developed a particular interest in PFAS, and the impact of litigation and developing regulation for her corporate clients.

Katie has extensive experience of obtaining injunctive relief and of securing and implementing search orders. Katie advises clients in matters which require reputation management, and has supported clients with high profile and sensitive internal investigations.
