As the joint national head of Freeths corporate department and the managing partner of the Milton Keynes office, Jonathan also has substantial management experience. Indeed, Jonathan is one of the few corporate lawyers that has actual experience of merging his own businessfrom when he lead the merger of Kimbells (where he was managing partner) with Freeths.
