Jonathan has more than 25 years’ experience of advising clients on buying, selling, merging and financing of businesses across a very wide scope sectors. Including advising on MBOs, MBI, equity finance, debt finance, corporate restructuring and director’s duties.

As the joint national head of Freeths’ corporate department and the managing partner of the Milton Keynes office, Jonathan also has substantial management experience. Indeed, Jonathan is one of the few corporate lawyers that has actual experience of merging his own business—from when he lead the merger of Kimbells (where he was managing partner) with Freeths.
