Jon has wide-ranging expertise in infrastructure through his experience on a variety of transactions in the infrastructure and energy space including acquisitions, financings, refinancings, construction, development, operations, concessions, PPPs and franchising. Jon acts for sponsors, lenders and other providers of capital, contractors and governments and is very familiar with multiple debt products including project financing, acquisition financing and leasing as well bank/bond structures, private placements and debt platforms.

Jon is also head of the global rail group and offers wide-ranging expertise in relation to rail through his experience advising a broad range of clients across the spectrum of rail-related transactions. He is ranked in Tier 1 for rail by both Chambers and Legal500.
