Career

Joanna advises clients on a wide range of data protection issues, including data processing and data sharing arrangements, direct marketing and online advertising, subject access and other data subject rights, privacy notices and cookie policies, and international data transfers.

Joanna advises clients in a range of sectors on data protection matters, including technology, luxury/retail, financial services and healthcare. She has a particular interest in the consumer and retail sector, and has advised a number of leading fashion, beauty and luxury brands on privacy compliance matters. In addition, Joanna has significant experience of assisting clients in their dealings with data protection regulators and regularly assists clients in data breach scenarios, as well as privacy-related complaints, regulatory investigations and enforcement action.

She is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).
