JIFREE CADER co-heads Sidley’s Restructuring group in London. He has a wealth of experience in advising all stakeholders in the restructuring space and principally acts for corporate debtors, private equity firms, hedge funds, investment banks and other distressed debt and par investors. Jifree has been involved in a number of leading restructuring and insolvency matters, most notably in Europe and Asia, where he has led his group to becoming the number one company-side practice for large-scale, complex restructurings.
