Jeremy advises in cases across the spectrum of Real Estate disputes.

In addition to a full range of court based property disputes litigation, he also has a particular focus on strategic rights to light advice (with deep experience in rights to light insurance) and also the insolvent real estate sector in which he advises occupiers, landlords and insolvency practitioners.

He is noted for his pragmatic approach to dispute resolution and also in finding creative solutions to problems. He is currently advising a number of leading retailers relating to issues arising from the COVID 19 pandemic and leading on rights to light issues on a number of high profile developments.
