Jeremy Leggate is an investment funds partner in the London office. Jeremy advises and represents private investment fund sponsors with respect to all aspects of the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds, across a variety of strategies across various asset classes, in addition to the carried interest and co-investment plans associated with such funds.

Jeremy also advises on a broad range of other transactions relating to private investment funds, including fund restructurings, co-investment arrangements and management company transactions.
