Jennifer Moore has over 10 years’ experience practicing exclusively in Family Law. She advises and represents individuals going through divorce or separation, or seeking to resolve disputes concerning their children. This includes child contact/custody disputes, disagreements over schooling/school fees, foreign travel and relocation.

Jennifer specialises in complex cases involving children, which includes: surrogacy law, inter-country adoption, step parent adoption, child abduction, cross-border cases and situations with social services involvement. Outside of relationship breakdown Jennifer is regularly instructed to draft pre and post-nuptial agreements and can assist with that aspect of wealth planning for your family.

Jennifer is known for her in-depth knowledge and expertise in complex cases, often with an international divorce dimension, and her ability to pin point key issues in a case and identify what needs to be done.
