Practice Areas

Jennifer is an Associate in BTO’s top ranked clinical defence team. She provides representation and advice to professionals in matters arising from fitness to practise investigations, fitness to practise hearings and interim order hearings. She has experience providing representation to a variety of professionals including those in the medical, dental, nursing and finance professions. She also acts for medical and dental professionals in clinical negligence claims. She carries out a great deal of work on medical claims, in particular for the MDDUS. She is involved in a broad range of cases in the Sheriff Courts, All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court in Edinburgh and the Court of Session in Scotland.
