Janey is a Partner in the Immigration Department and leads Drummond Miller’s immigration team in Glasgow. She advises on all aspects of immigration, nationality and asylum law. With over a decade of experience in the field, Janey is renowned for having the skills and knowledge to find solutions to complex immigration problems.

Since the end of EU free movement, she specialises in assisting corporate clients to secure sponsor licences and bring in talent from abroad to resolve labour and skill shortages. Her clients include private individuals and small family businesses to national companies across a number of sectors including finance, construction, hospitality, publishing and care as well as religious organisations.

Janey regularly provides external training on immigration law and has recently delivered seminars on the EU Settlement Scheme to immigration advisors, local authorities and third sector organisations.
