Career

Graham is Partner in the Employment, Pensions and Immigration group at Clyde & Co and is based in Scotland. He is one of a very few Partners and solicitors accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as both a Specialist in Employment Law and Discrimination Law. He has advised and represented clients successfully at Tribunal throughout the UK for over 25 years. He has successfully appeared at the Employment Appeal Tribunal in both Edinburgh and London. Graham is highly regarded for employment law knowledge and his strategic thinking. He has an enviable range of clients in a number of sectors. He gets to know his clients and their business objectives. He is particularly interested in TUPE, discrimination, disciplinary, social media and pay issues. Graham is well known for his enviable advocacy and negotiation skills. He is a commentator on employment law and is regularly asked to speak at various events.
