Faye Moore is a dispute resolution specialist with a wealth of experience in a broad range of complex, high-value, commercial and financial disputes and arbitration.

Faye possesses some 15 years' experience managing a wide variety of disputes across numerous different sectors, including claims for breach of contract, negligence and fraud. She offers particular expertise in dealing with force majeure, contractual termination and frustration disputes as a result of COVID-19. During 2022 and 2023, key cases included a high profile claim involving LIBOR manipulation and financial fraud.

Faye is a qualified mediator and has helped successfully mediate countless disputes on behalf of her clients, both in person and remotely.
