Emma is a senior associate in the clinical negligence team. Her caseload includes claims against NHS trusts, GPs and private healthcare providers in a number of different medical fields. She is passionate and dedicated and known for being able to manage cases involving sensitive issues with care and discretion. She is noted for her approachable nature.

Although Emma is based in the Basingstoke office, she acts for clients nationwide including the North West of England and travels to see clients in the firm's Basingstoke, Reading, Oxford, London and Birmingham offices.

Emma has a particular specialism in gynaecology, urogynaecology and maternal injury work and is passionate about raising awareness of issues relating to women’s health and maternity care. Emma has spoken at a number of events in this area, such as ‘Women of the World’ in London. She also specialises in fatal claims and sepsis claims.
