Elise is a partner in the clinical negligence team. She has a particular interest in women’s health litigation and has represented a number of clients in transvaginal mesh litigation. She is active in raising awareness relating to women’s health issues.

Elise also specialises in claims concerning cosmetic treatments and delays in diagnosis of cancer. She currently acts for a group of clients in claims against a Bristol colorectal surgeon. Additionally, she advises on product liability claims against both UK based and foreign defendants and is an active member of the American Association for Justice.

Regularly providing comment for the press on current issues and with articles frequently published in legal journals, Elise has also spoken at a number of events, including ‘Women of the World’ in London. She is known for her attention to detail, professionalism and empathy.
