Deepak is a specialist in structuring and documenting OTC derivatives as well as the regulatory requirements for derivatives. He has a broad client base, including investment banks, corporates, investment managers and pension fund trustees. He is counsel to ISDA on a number of projects including Brexit, the EU Benchmark Regulation, the development of fallbacks to IBORs, the 2019 Interest Rate Definitions, updating initial margin documentation, using electronic contracts under English law and the posting of Japanese collateral as initial margin.

Deepak is a regular speaker on a wide range of derivatives topics and at ISDA sponsored conferences.
